8) Shipping, Delivery, and Risk

  1. Delivery timeframes shown on the Website are estimates only and not guarantees.

  2. Title (ownership) and risk of loss for products pass to you at the earliest time permitted by applicable law, and in any event no later than upon delivery to the carrier (unless mandatory law requires otherwise).

9) Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Important: Due to the nature of nicotine and vape products (including hygiene and safety considerations), we may not accept returns for change of mind unless required by applicable law.

  1. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, missing items, or incorrect, you must contact us at info@vantanicau.com within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photos/videos of the parcel, shipping label, and affected items.

  2. After review, we may offer (at our discretion and where permitted by law):

    • a replacement,

    • store credit, or

    • a refund (full or partial).

  3. We may refuse claims where evidence is insufficient, the claim is outside the reporting window, or the issue results from misuse, normal wear, or mishandling after delivery.

  4. Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to the original payment method where possible. Processing times vary by payment provider.

10) Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

  1. If you have an issue with an order, you agree to contact us first at info@vantanicau.com to seek a resolution.

  2. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account restriction and may be treated as a breach of these Terms.

11) Promotions and Discount Codes
